From the first point of contact to piano drop off by Patrick and Dan, the service was outstanding. Everyone was courteous, polite, prepared, and friendly. Patti and I hired Craig and crew to move my household contents from BC to Alberta. They packed bigger stuff very carefully especially complicated items like a grandfather clock. The clock arrived in perfect shape. All the workers are tireless and manage to load and then unload with minimal fuss. Everything arrived unscathed. It is great to know that a moving company that is family owned can easily challenge the big corporate movers and still come out on top. I have had the corporate move experience in the past and I would still pick Kootenai Movers as my company of choice. Thanks Craig!!

If I could give Craig and his business 10 stars, I would. I called him on new years eve to help us with our sudden move 300 kms away. None of his guys were available, but he agreed to do it alone, joking he has bills to pay! He was super professinal, friendly and arrived on time. Handled our delicate appliances with care, and went above and beyond in helping us with our move, ensuring everything went smoothly.
